**The role**

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for activities and operation in the accounts payable function for the organization. Analyses invoice and expense reports for accuracy and eligibility for payment. Being an Accounts Payable Supervisor ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate financial records and control reports.

The role will be supported by FAT Assistant Manager and Finance Business Partner.

We are looking for an experienced Account Payable Supervisor to join our Finance function based in Indonesia, Jakarta

As the Account Payable Supervisor, you will:

- Direct A/P processing and reporting to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of A/P
- Supervise team of A/P coordinators. Provide coaching, training, and instruction to A/P team
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and approvals before issuing payments. Ensure that company’s invoices are precisely administered
- Interface with operational teams and vendors regarding A/P transactions
- Manage employee travel and expense reimbursement process and procurement card payment process. Provide support and help to internal stakeholder on all accounts payable related topics
- Oversee expenditure for compliance with budgets and give recommendations on discrepancies as often as necessary

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 5+ year's related experience.
- Proficient working knowledge in SAP.
- Experienced in a logistics working environment.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
- Ability to process large amounts of numerical data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
