Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Payable Supervisor to join our Head Office Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, reconciliation of accounts payable balances, and supporting audit and tax compliance for our coal mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and process vendor invoices (both PO and Non-PO) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
  • Prepare weekly status reports on invoice progress, pending issues, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of Account Payable balances with affiliated entities and third parties.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly AP Aging (Trade, Non-Trade, Related Parties, Third Parties).
  • Support tax audit, internal audit, and financial reporting processes by providing required data and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Tax, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth payment cycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in the coal mining or contracting industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data management, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and accounting software (ERP system experience preferred).
  • Certified Brevet A & B in Taxation (issued by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, accuracy, and integrity in financial data handling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across departments.
