Senior Manager of Investor Relations

**About the Role
Join an expanding dynamic investor relations team to be our next associate director/director, either based in Singapore or Jakarta. The role requires strong research and analytical skills to carry out deep-dive industry/business intelligence screening, fundamental analysis, and benchmarking disclosure with peers. It also requires strong communication skills to passionately engage with the sell-side and buy-side to build trust with capital markets. The new team member will be expected to lead quarterly/annual earnings preparation cycles to assist with smooth execution.

**What You Will Do**:

- Develop strong relationships internally to understand business dynamics, business goals, and priorities/drivers
- Sharp analytical skills and ability to carry out independent in-depth research on the industry, peers, and capital market intelligence
- Establish and maintain critical IR systems and processes
- Build relationships and develop engagement plan with buy-side and sell-side, sensitive to changing market sentiments
- Strong planning and execution skills to prepare earnings materials

**What You Will Need**:

- Minimum 8 years of work experience, preferably in equity research or capital market activities or investor relations
- Good grasp of financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Degree ideally in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Familiar with Bloomberg and Capital IQ
- Good time management skills, able to work under pressure and ethically

**Singapore**. Working alongside
**Corporate Development, FP&A, Communications, and business units, the primary responsibility of the IR team is to build good IR practices. **We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company
