Are you passionate about finance, storytelling, and strategic communication? At Bank OCBC Indonesia, we're looking for a driven Investor Relations professional to be the voice of the bank to the investment community from institutional investors to the broader capital markets.

As part of the Investor Relations team, you'll play a key role in shaping how the public and stakeholders perceive our performance, vision, and growth strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and organizing key materials such as financial reports, business updates, and Management Discussion & Analysis for annual reports.
  • Preparing and delivering investor presentations for quarterly earnings, M&A activity, and other major corporate actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop press releases, earnings guidance, and communications around capital raising or strategic transactions.
  • Coordinating Annual Public Expose, GMS, and other investor-facing events.
  • Serving as the go-to contact for investor queries — from retail to institutional — with timely and strategic responses.
  • Monitoring and summarizing market intelligence, sector insights, and analyst commentary to inform decision-making.
  • Working closely with external advisors, auditors, and regulators during M&A and capital raising activities, including preparing executive-level updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Investor Relations within the financial sector (banking experience is a strong plus).
  • Prior work at an Accounting or Consulting Firm (1–3 years), especially with exposure to M&A or fundraising transactions.
  • Solid command of financial statements, valuation methods, and financial modeling is a major advantage.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills — in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders.
