As an
Investor Account Manager/Investor Relation
(Funding & Relationship)
at
Bizhare
, you will play a vital role in expanding and managing our investor base, particularly among
High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients.

You will build trusted relationships, provide personalized investment consultations, and
ensure monthly funding targets
are achieved through
strategic networking, consultative selling, and excellent after-sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow Bizhare's investor network by leveraging your personal and professional connections (HNWI, priority clients, corporate investors).
  • Conduct 1-on-1 consultations with potential investors to identify their investment needs, goals, and risk appetite.
  • Present Bizhare's licensed investment products Equity, Sukuk, and Bonds, with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage end-to-end investor relations, from initial approach to post-investment engagement.
  • Maintain long-term relationships by providing regular portfolio updates, dividend information, and new investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to design investor events, webinars, and networking initiatives that attract new investors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly funding targets (minimum IDR 2 billion per month).
  • Keep all investor activity accurately recorded and up-to-date in Bizhare's CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on investor pipeline, conversion rates, and relationship progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience
    as a Relationship Manager, Private Banker, or Financial Advisor in banking, securities, asset management, or insurance.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding funding/sales targets in wealth or priority client segments.
  • Strong existing network of HNWIs, private clients, or entrepreneurs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Active in business, professional, or investment communities (HIPMI, KADIN, alumni associations, Rotary Club, etc.) is a plus.
