**Title : Area Business Manager**

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of business management or any business-related course
- Language expert in both English and Bahasa. With the ability to effectively communicate thru speaking and writing skills on both languages.
- 5years experience as Area Manger in sales and operations
- 5-10 years of experience as a manager in the fitness Industry
- With good interpersonal and leadership qualities to motivate and drive teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, flexible and able to multitask.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Effective problem-solving skills and able to manage multiple club operations.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To manage assigned multiple clubs and be the person-in-charge on the execution of company initiatives on both Sales and operations.
- Mainly responsible to design and promote activities and ideas to continuously generate or increase revenue
- Manage and lead teams, drive Key performance indicators to achieve team targets
- Financial management and accountability - not limited to reviewing payroll, purchase orders, payment requests, and controlling club expenses to lessen losses and maintain club profitability.
- Performance assessment of all staff; Club managers, Brand ambassadors and Personal trainers
- Create and execute marketing initiatives for the clubs
- Club facilities management - maintenance & repairs of clubs handled.
- customer service to improve member usage and retentions
- Implement company policies, systems, and processes.

**Salary**: Rp18,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
