Eveboss, a dynamic marketing agency based in Bali, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telesales and Appointment Setters. If you excel at communication and have a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential customers from our leads list to introduce our marketing packages.
- **Sales**: Effectively communicate the benefits of our packages and close sales over the phone.
- **Appointment Setting**: Book appointments for potential clients to discuss their marketing needs and our offerings.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all potential clients.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments set.

**Required Skills**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly tone.
- **Salesmanship**: Proven ability to sell products or services over the phone.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills to manage leads and follow up effectively.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Persistence**: Determination and resilience to achieve sales targets.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- **Language**: Fluency in English and Indonesian.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
