**British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for**QC Staff (Handmade) in Semarang**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Review, control and handle availability of goods or materials needed by the laboratory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure efficient implementation of quality requirements and compliance throughout the production process.
- Consistently assess and carry out daily quality compliance on shop floor through analyzing measured data trends acquired and observing deviations.
- Implement and maintain quality Daily Management System (DMS) on shop floor.
- Authorized to perform instrument verification and participate in quality troubleshooting according to established guideline in response to any quality defect finding.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a quality control or production environment, preferably in the tobacco or FMCG industry. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding and ability to perform quality check for visual inspection, weight checking, moisture testing, and defect classification in accordance with GMP, hygiene standards, tobacco product specifications is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing skills and the ability to drive partnership.
- Flexible to shift schedules.
