**THE ROLE**

We are seeking a fully remote **Project Assistant **to support its Professional Services Department in Australia. The Project Assistant’s role is to support our lead Project Manager in Australia specifically with Software implementation, organisation and customer service needs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support our lead Project manager in Australia
- Coordinate between multiple groups/time zones to schedule meetings
- Manage multiple tasks and multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Provide great customer service while being very clear and firm
- Contribute towards the successful development of projects

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years + of professional work experience in a relevant corporate environment
- Thorough understanding of software implementation (requirement gathering, designs, software delivery/releases, data transition, integrations)
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project tools such as a Project Schedule (MS Project), Status Reports, and Jira Tickets

**Salary**: Rp17,700,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
