**Job Description**:

- Conduct front and soft skill training for outlets’ team (SM, PIC, and crew) including new products rollouts and products updates based on SPMs
- Work closely with Front and Soft Skill Training Supervisor to inform and be informed of any updates of front and soft skill products, systems or training materials
- Give feedback to trainees on their performance during the training
- Evaluate trainee's competency after training given by providing tests for all the trainees
- Create and share reports of each training to the Front and Soft Skill Training Supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Male/Female
- Age 21 - 30 years old
- Able to operate google workspace, especially Google Slides, Google Forms, and Google Sheet
- Having experience as a trainer (F&B and Soft Skills trainer will be preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to train all levels (crew, PIC, Store Managers, and Area Managers)
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and open to challenges
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel
