**Deskripsi Pekerjaan (Job Description)**:
**1. Administrasi Operasional HR**:
- Mengelola dan merekap absensi karyawan, termasuk lembur dan cuti.
- Memproses klaim reimbursement karyawan sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
- Membantu pengarsipan dokumen HR yang relevan.
**2. Onboarding Karyawan Baru**:
- Menyiapkan dokumen administrasi yang diperlukan untuk karyawan baru.
- Mengatur dan memastikan kelengkapan perlengkapan kerja, seperti laptop, akses kartu, dan alat kerja lainnya.
- Memberikan orientasi dasar kepada karyawan baru terkait kebijakan perusahaan.
**3. Logistik Kegiatan HR**:
- Mengatur kebutuhan logistik untuk kegiatan seperti training, meeting, atau wawancara.
- Memastikan kelancaran acara dengan mempersiapkan ruangan, dokumen, atau peralatan yang dibutuhkan.
**4. Tugas Ad-Hoc Administrasi**:
- Membantu tugas administrasi lainnya yang terkait dengan kebutuhan HR.
- Mengelola pembaruan data karyawan dan laporan administratif sesuai arahan.
**Job Type**: Contract
