**Job Description**:
**Talent & Acquisition**
- Involving and managing the recruitment process, including job positing, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

**Onboarding and Orientation**
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information.

**Employee Relations and Engagement**
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Implement and promote initiatives that foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale.

**Performance Management**
- Support performance management by assisting performance. management systems and processes and addressing performance issues.
- Coordinate performance reviews, gather feedback, and support managers in the evaluation process.

**HR Policy and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with best practices.

**HR Administration and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and track HR operational progress.

**Training & Development**
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support the implementation of training initiatives related to both technical and soft skills.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and systems and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
- Minimum 2 years as HR Generalist.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in IT or Consulting industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of Indonesia local labor laws and regulations.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
