**Job position Summary**:
The Ziswaf Senior Internal Program Specialist will oversee the development, implementation, and management of internal programs aimed at enhancing the organization’s impact and alignment with its Ziswaf objectives. This role focuses on program innovation, operational efficiency, and collaboration across teams to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead the planning, design, and execution of internal programs aligned with Ziswaf’s strategic goals.**:

- ** Ensure effective coordination and communication among internal teams and stakeholders.**:

- ** Develop and monitor program budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.**:

- ** Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on program outcomes and impact.**:

- ** Identify areas for program improvement and implement innovative solutions.**:

- ** Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program quality.**:

- ** Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.**:

- ** Oversee the distribution of program resources to ensure equitable and effective delivery.**:

- ** Manage the disbursement of program funds, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and objectives.**:

- ** Prepare detailed program fund disbursement reports, including financial summaries, allocation details, and impact evaluations.**:

- ** Collaborate with other NGOs to leverage resources, share best practices, and enhance program impact.**:

- ** Prepare comprehensive program reports, including financial performance, outcomes, and recommendations for future improvements.**

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or a related field, preferably within Ziswaf initiatives.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Ziswaf principles and operational frameworks..
