What You'll Do:

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through warm greetings, personalized assistance, and prompt resolution of inquiries or concerns.
- Provide hands-on leadership to retail associates in sales, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and client services.
- Oversee daily sales operations to ensure clients receive impeccable service and premium-quality products.
- Strategically manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of high-demand merchandise.
- Play a key role in talent acquisition, coaching, and performance management, including decisions on promotion and development.
- Conduct detailed merchandise inspections to ensure elegant presentation, accurate pricing, and adherence to brand standards.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:
- Possesses a strong drive for sales excellence, paired with self-motivation and a proven ability to lead teams with confidence and impact.- Brings over 3 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles within high-end retail or similarly fast-paced environments.- Demonstrates a progressive track record in retail sales, with deep knowledge of industry best practices and operational procedures.- Skilled in leading, coaching, and developing retail teams, with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic abilities.- Fluent in both spoken and written English, ensuring clear and professional communication in all settings.- Open to a flexible work schedule, including availability for extended hours, weekends, and holidays in alignment with business needs.
