Responsibilities:
- Establish sales goals and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Implement sales strategies to drive growth, improve sales and maximize profitability
- Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships and improve customer retention
- Analyze customer data to assess buying behaviors, trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandising displays are attractive and effective
- Organize promotional campaigns and events to attract customers and increase sales
- Oversee and manage multi-brand operations as well as ensuring alignment across all brands within the store
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor as well as ensuring exceptional customer service and support
- Handle staff management including recruitment, training and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures and manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Manager or in a similar role preferably in retail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and mentor a team
- In-depth knowledge of customer service and sales principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory management software)
