**Position Overview**:
The Product Growth Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing product growth initiatives. This role emphasizes data-driven experimentation, customer engagement strategies, and continuous improvement to maximize product market fit and revenue growth.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in growth marketing, product management within visual merchandising or luxury retail, florist, gift-shop, and hampers business, analytics, or a related role.
- Experience working within a product division, collaborating with R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Have experience and ability to handle multiple people
- Willing to join ASAP.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Research & Development**:

- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to develop innovative product formulations and packaging.
- Ensure product concepts align with brand positioning, target audience, and industry trends.

**Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to commercialization.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Work closely with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Product Performance & Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and product enhancements without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on emerging materials, technologies, and innovations to improve product offerings.
