As travel and event professionals, we provide one-stop end-to-end services including hospitality management and event production/management.

Currently, we are looking for employees with high enthusiasm who want to develop themselves with us, and who have high dedication to achieving goals. Here is the position we need:
**TRAVEL CONSULTANT IN MICE**

You will be responsible for:

- Client Sales/Sourcing & Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and objectives for MICE events and leisure travel programs. Take over new leads or source for new clients for MICE events and Leisure Travel Programs
- Concept Proposal & Quotation Development: Create comprehensive proposals for MICE events, including hotel/venue options, travel itineraries, transportation options, event design and concept, event production (stage, sound, lights, entertainment effects), and activity suggestions. Prepare quotation to Client. Present proposals/ quotations to clients and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of MICE events, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional attendee experiences. Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and other partners to negotiate and secure services. Ensure that delivery services, design, and operations (travel and events) are delivered according to plan and client requirements.
- Travel Management: Provide end-to-end travel solutions for clients, including flight bookings, accommodation, ground transportation, activities/event equipment and production, gifts, etc.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for MICE events and travel programs. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Client Consultation: Advise clients on industry trends, best practices, and innovative ideas for MICE events and travel experiences. Offer solutions to meet clients' unique objectives and preferences.
- Destination Knowledge: Stay informed about popular travel destinations and emerging MICE event venues or restaurants/caterers in Indonesia, especially in Bali, Yogyakarta, Labuan Bajo, and Jakarta. Provide expert advice on cultural considerations and logistics for different locations. Stay informed about new tour experiences, event equipment or services, vehicles, and activities available in Indonesia, especially in Bali, Yogyakarta, Labuan Bajo, and Jakarta.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and event details. Input Leads, Proposal process, and stages in company systems (CRM, etc). Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- D3 or bachelor's degree in MICE, Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar functions.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Very good command of English both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Indonesia tourism products.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Excellent problem solving skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constrains.

**Work Location**: Denpasar, Bali

Pay: Rp3,600,000.00 - Rp5,000,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Denpasar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working: 2 years (preferred)
