**Senior Accountant**

Responsibility
- Managing the full accounting cycle including financial reporting
- Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
- Implementing and maintaining robust financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Analyzing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives
- Supervising and developing the accounting team to ensure high levels of productivity and performance

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software and data analysis tools (Mews POS, Mews PMS, Xero) most preferred
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all levels
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
