**About the Company**:
Our Client is a a Multinational digital infrastructure Data Centre Design, Build and Operator. They are currently seeking expansion APAC-Wide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and Lead the Indonesia/APAC Data Centre Business.
- Implement business plans for projects that fit within predetermined investment parameters in order to achieve authorised or underwritten return metrics.
- Create medium
- to long-term plans for the data centre industry and supervise their execution to make sure that chances for development and profit are consistent with important goals and appropriate risk levels.
- Find and research new investment possibilities, then create sensible investment plans to take advantage of them in order to maximise the expansion of the data center's assets and operations.
- Strive for operational excellence in accordance with Company’s requirements and local legislations around safety, sustainability, risk, policies, compliance and governance
- Drive continuous improvements in the business model with an eye on innovations and advances in cloud computing and data centre technology
- Increase awareness of market trends such as different cloud offerings and competitive dynamics, perform advanced partnering and marketing analysis and segmentation, develop differentiated offerings and pricing strategies, and achieve consistent brand messaging in the respective country markets

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in stakeholder management, with a strong customer focus.
- Deep connections within the data centre industry, particularly in APAC
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Communication skills, both oral and written including the ability to build relationships and undertake negotiations
