- Menjadi penghubung antara kebutuhan staff kasir / inventory klinik untuk setiap pertanyaan pada system ERP dan follow up dengan vendor.
- Melakukan Training berkala untuk Kasir & Inventory Klinik seluruh cabang.
- Memastikan segala administrative yang dibutuhkan guna kelancaran sistem ERP dilakukan, seperti : _create / delete user login, create_ cabang baru, dll
- Melakukan aktfiftas administratif lain yang berhubungan dengan system ERP
