We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Officer Collection MI Senior Associate.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily/monthly report to support collection operation
- Prepare daily/monthly data feed to support collection operation
- Prepare adhoc report. For this responsibility, staff have to understand the need for new data as describe by internal client to support collection operation or decision making, and translate those needs in SAS Code/SQL Query/Excel Macro/other data processing tools against our database to provide the result/report as needed/requested.
- Assist in checking the problem/issue in existing collection system.
- Assist the need to make changes in existing collection system, including consultation with regional support team, manage meetings to discuss solution with related parties, ensure there is a solution/mitigation for the problem and monitor until the implementation of solution is done.
Qualifications

**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Working skill in SQL query, SAS script, Macro Excel will be an advantage
- Diligent
- High integrity
- Organized
- Able to work independently and in a team.
