Operations Cost & Performance Assistant Manager responsible in monitoring and analysing company cost structure to get better visibility of cost driving factor, also help improving operation performances to create more efficient ops & cost.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create KPI for Operations to help improve performances
- Coordinate with stakeholders to set cost budget based on data for every ops function
- Gather, calculate & evaluate performance data for monthly ops KPI based on scheme created
- Create pay scheme for blue collars workers in related Ops function
- Execute, maintain, and calculate payscheme
- Monitor and analyze cost trend with insight from related stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree related Analytical Skill from an accredited college or university
- +2 years experience as data analyst, market research, operation analyst, corporate strategy, business analyst
- Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under mínimal direction
- Proficiency in research methods and data analysis tools like **Excel** and SQL, with experience in Tableau or Python being an added advantage
- Detail oriented and data driven
- Problem solver and structure thinking
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skill
