The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Control Actual Cost Spending for Warehouse and Monitoring Purchase Request
- Providing and controlling monthly accrual expense warehouse
- Maintain warehouse vendor contract agreement
- Developing and Implementing cost control SOP
- Handling Invoice collection and submission
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Business Administration/ Accounting or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of working experience in Cost Control is required for this position
- Familiar working using MS. Excel and Google Spreadsheet (making flow chart, creating report, and doing administrative things)
- Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Strong in communication and logical thinking
