**Role Description**

This permanent role is for Customer Service Associate - Indonesia & Mandarin Speaker. As a customer service, one will be expected to facilitate communication between Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, and English speaking individuals and organizations. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Role** : Customer Service Associate | Indonesia & Mandarin Speaker

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Working hours** : 24/7 Rotational Shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break)

**Working days** : Monday to Sunday (5 working days per week)

**Working location**: Bangsar South, KL, Malaysia (For training & nesting purpose)

**Salary** : Basic RM3,425 + Various Allowances = up to RM4,200 (~IDR 15,100,000)

- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.

**Job Requirements**:

- English Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business English).
- Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Preferably 1 year of customer service experience.
- Native Indonesia speaker with good Mandarin and English(B1).
- Able to read and write in Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Familiar with Oil and Gas industry is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- **1 month training provided (Training will be in the office, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm)**_
- **Employment Pass provided for Indonesian**_
