About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at PT Scanwell Logistics Indonesia. As a Customer Service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This full-time position is based in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, providing solutions and exceeding customer expectations
  2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any other logistics-related concerns
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  6. Provide feedback and suggestions to management to help drive process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and effectively resolve customer concerns
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
  4. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise multiple tasks
