**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Freelance Crypto Community Manager to help us grow and engage our online community. You’ll be the bridge between the project and our community members — fostering trust, driving engagement, and maintaining a positive environment across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and moderate the project’s online communities (Discord, Telegram, X/Twitter, Reddit, etc.).
- Engage daily with members — answer questions, spark discussions, and provide updates.
- Create and schedule community announcements, educational posts, and engagement activities.
- Organize interactive campaigns such as giveaways, AMAs, or challenges.
- Report community feedback, trends, and engagement metrics to the core team.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align messaging and campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a community manager or moderator in the crypto / Web3 / NFT industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, DeFi, or NFT ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Experience using community management tools (Discord bots, Telegram bots, scheduling tools, etc.).

**Nice to Have**
- Content creation skills (graphics, short-form videos, or threads).
- Experience hosting or moderating live AMAs.
- Familiarity with community growth analytics.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
