The Role

We're hiring a Motion Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across social, ads, product explainers, and events. You will turn ideas and scripts into clear, thumb stopping visuals. From storyboard to final export, you own the motion process and work closely with Marketing, Product, and BD. This is a hands-on role in a fast changing startup. Briefs, partners, and tools can change quickly, so we need someone resourceful, organized, and excited to build as we go.

What You'll Do

  • Produce videos for IG, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
  • Animate logos, icons, UI flows, and micro interactions (Lottie if possible).
  • Edit event footage for recaps, sizzle reels, and KOL collaborations.
  • Create storyboards and style frames; define motion guidelines and reusable templates.
  • Manage assets, file naming, and version control; keep our library tidy.
  • Work with the team on hooks, CTAs, and A/B tests to improve performance.
  • Deliver exports optimized for each platform and share quick how-to notes for reuse.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of motion design or video animation experience with a strong portfolio in fintech/crypto/Web3.
  • Excellent in After Effects and Premiere (or DaVinci), plus Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Strong sense of timing, typography, composition, and pacing.
  • Able to storyboard and translate scripts into clear visual narratives.
  • Bonus: Figma for UI animation, Blender/C4D, bodymovin/Lottie exports, basic audio polish.
  • Fintech/crypto or startup experience is a plus.
  • Clear communicator, fast learner, calm under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
