- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Compile offers from vendors to create PR / PO
- Coordinate and compile negotiation results
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
- Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Handle the administrative Purchasing process.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.
- Tracking and evaluating supplier / vendor performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of business, supply chain management, or any other related field, preferably has been working in procurement for at least 2 years
- Strong business and commercial mindset
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Advanced in verbal and written Bahasa & English proficiency
- Have a basic understanding of certain areas (i.e: finance, accounting, tax, and legal)
