Guest Service Attendant

**Job Overview**The Guest Service Representative at Labyrinth Collective Dome is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by welcoming, assisting, and ensuring the satisfaction of all visitors. The role involves answering inquiries, handling complaints, providing information about the Dome’s facilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of guest services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Guest Interaction & Experience : Greet all guests upon arrival and ensure a warm, welcoming environment.
2. Provide accurate information about the Dome's attractions, events, services, and any ongoing exhibitions. Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
3. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolution to issues. Maintain a positive and professional image while interacting with guests. Reservations & Ticketing:
4. Coordinate with the cashier/ticketing team to confirm guest bookings and ensure seamless experiences. Event Coordination : Liaise with the Dome Operations team to facilitate guest flow during events.
5. Assist with organizing guest participation for special events, guided tours, or interactive experiences. Facility & Service Coordination : Work closely with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure the facility is in optimal condition for guest use.
6. Report any guest-related issues or facility concerns to relevant departments for prompt action. Feedback & Reporting : Collect guest feedback to improve services and relay key insights to management.
7. Prepare daily reports on guest interactions, complaints, and issues, as well as event outcomes.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
1. Experience : 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism-related roles.
2. Experience working in a cultural, arts, or entertainment venue is a plus. Skills : Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in reservation systems and general office software (MS Office, etc.).
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Personal Attributes : Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Enthusiasm for cultural, artistic, or educational experiences.Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on the Dome's event schedule.
7. Standing for extended periods and interacting with a high volume of guests during peak times.
