**Location: Solo Baru, Central Java**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Exe to join our team. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate who is passionate about marketing and events. As an Event Marketing, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that promote our educational programs and engage our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials.
- Manage event budgets and ensure all events are delivered within budget.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and report on event success and areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors.
- Ensure all events comply with company standards and brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- S1 (preferred)
