Job Descriptions:

- Leading ideation, research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers & industry / technologies trends to generate ideas and insights
- Understand customer’s insight through data-driven and interaction to ensure best customer experiences
- Accountability of product roadmap, prioritization and oversee overall product development process and execution including but not limited to cascade down detailed features, requirements and prototypes
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional team (Business, Product, Design, Data, Engineering, Marketing, etc) to define prioritize roadmap and ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality and performance
- Measure Improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet product goals
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and branding

Job Requirements:

- Having 2-5 years working experiences in Product management or Management Consulting from a top Tech Company.
- Bachelor degree with Computer Science/ Statistic / Industrial / Product / Management or related education background is preferable, MBA is a plus
- Proven ability to develop product strategies, effectively communicate recommendations to executive management and easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
- A strong drive to make things happen Can do attitude
- Comfortable working in a face-paced environment and agile product development process
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
