**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and budgeting.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
