**What We’re Looking For?**

**Experience**
- At least **6 years**as a PHP developer.

**Technical Skills**
- Strong expertise in **PHP (8.3)** and **Laravel Framework**, **SQL databases** (PostgreSQL/MySQL), **Redis**.
- Experience with **RESTful APIs**.
- Excellent understanding of m**icroservice architecture**, **complex database queries**, **queues**, **Docker**, **Git**, **CI/CD** development practice and **web development** best practices.
- Write efficient **PHPUnit tests**.
- **Security development**awareness.
- **Agile methodology** experience and understanding of software engineering practices.

**Performance & Collaboration**
- Experience with performance optimization tools.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of the company’s backend systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
- Bonus if you have experience with Frontend & Backend Technologies: Angular/EmberJS/Typescript and MongoDB.
