IT Support

We’re looking for a well-rounded IT Support & Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of IT operations, software development, and general tech support. You’ll help manage our internal systems (Google Workspace, devices, permissions), support team members with day-to-day IT needs, work on some development tasks/ tickets and make website updates as needed. English is a must.This is a great fit for someone who’s technically sharp, organised, and comfortable switching between systems admin, support, and light development work.

What you’ll do:

- Manage and maintain our Google Admin Console (users, groups, permissions, security)
- Set up and manage laptops and hardware across the organisation (Chromebook/ Windows/ Mac)
- Handle IT onboarding/offboarding and access control
- Provide first-line tech support to team members (basic troubleshooting, network issues, printer setups, etc.)
- Assist with website updates (HTML/JS edits, CMS tweaks, plugin management)
- Triage and complete engineering tickets when bandwidth allows (PHP/ experienced)
- Work closely with the development and operations teams on ad-hoc tech tasks and automation

You bring:

- Solid hands-on technical experience with Google Workspace
- Experience managing and troubleshooting laptops, networks, and IT equipment remotely.
- Experience with network management tools
- Basic familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Exposure to development environments (PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment
- Good documentation habits and communication skills
- Ability to discuss technical tasks and business requirements comfortably in English

Nice to have:

- Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA
- Exposure to Docker, SSH, Git, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Elementor
- Familiarity with security best practices in a SaaS environment
