**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced and seasoned software professional based in Jakarta. You can ensure that the performance of our products and solutions is demonstratively measurable for reliability, quality, and stability under various extreme usage scenarios. You know that it is under such usage conditions that the reputation of products, solutions, and the organization itself matters.

**What will you do?**
- Provide performance testing solutions to major projects
- Work on payments and other products of the organization and try to bring about innovations and enrichments.
- Interface with Test Lead, architects, and development teams to ensure the quality and experience of products and solutions are in line with expectations
- Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
- Work with the testing team to develop performance test plans and cases. Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
- Design, review, and execute both manual and automated test cases
- Document test plans and test results by translating product requirements into detailed test cases and capturing product test scenarios
- Exhibit and live a collaborative culture that embodies our principles.
- Support various audit and certification activities.
- Stay up to date with new technology trends
- Participate in technology POCs and would support the evaluation of different technologies and platforms.

**Requirements**:
**What do you have?**
- You are an IT Graduate/ Postgraduate from a premier institute with 3 to 5 years of experience as a performance test engineer in an early-stage product company.
- You have a knowledge of Payments which includes payment switch, C&S, authorization, disputes, etc.
- You have prior experience in executing performance benchmarking for at least 2 systems/ solutions
- You have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter, and test management tools like Jira.
- You have a strong knowledge of API and mobile testing.
- You have good knowledge of DB concepts and writing SQL queries, CI/CD, and experience in framework integration with CI/CD.
- You have knowledge of continuous integration using Jenkins.
- You understand different technologies, cloud and Open API platforms, design patterns, data stores, and scalable architectures.
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing is preferred.
- You have prior experience in PCI-DSS certification, processor certification is preferred.
