We are seeking a skilled
QA Performance Tester
with at least
3 years of hands-on experience
in conducting performance, load, and stress testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing performance test strategies, executing test plans, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure application reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute
    performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability
    test scenarios.
  • Use tools such as
    JMeter, NeoLoad, and IBM Rational Performance Tester
    to simulate user loads and measure system performance.
  • Conduct API testing using
    Postman
    and automate functional tests using
    Selenium
    .
  • Analyze test results and generate detailed performance reports with bottleneck identification and optimization recommendations.
  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and system engineers to troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Develop reusable test scripts and maintain performance testing frameworks.
  • Validate system reliability under expected and peak workloads.
  • Ensure performance test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
  • Participate in performance tuning discussions, providing actionable insights for improving system efficiency.
  • Document test scenarios, configurations, results, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in performance testing.
  • Proficiency in
    JMeter
    for load, stress, and endurance testing.
  • Experience with
    NeoLoad
    and
    IBM Rational Performance Tester
    for enterprise performance assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of
    API testing using Postman
    .
  • Basic automation testing capabilities using
    Selenium
    .
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and client–server architecture.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics (CPU, memory, throughput, response time, latency, errors, etc.).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL for basic performance data validation.
