One of our clients is an F&B company from China that expanding their business in Indonesia. Currently, they are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager with the responsibility and requirements below.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for a specific geographic region, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, market share, and company revenue in that area.
- Lead and manage the regional marketing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve regional marketing objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and research to understand regional trends, customer behavior, and competition in the area. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and target audience segmentation.
- Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

**Qualifications**
- **Mandarin is a must both oral and written.**:

- Minimum bachelor degree.
- Having experience min 1 year in same field.
- Good communication skills.
- Experienced at managing franchise partners.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin/Chinese (required)
