**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:
Sebagai Growth Support (Admin), Anda akan berperan penting dalam mendukung tim Growth dalam pengelolaan data, administrasi campaign, dan koordinasi lintas tim untuk memastikan semua inisiatif pertumbuhan berjalan efektif dan efisien.

**Tanggung Jawab**:
1. Mendukung proses administrasi dan dokumentasi terkait program-program growth dan marketing.

2. Mengelola dan memonitor data performa dari berbagai channel.

3. Membantu koordinasi dengan tim internal seperti marketing dan operasional untuk eksekusi campaign.

4. Membantu dalam pembuatan dan pengelolaan database terkait promosi dan/atau aktivitas campaign.

5. Menyiapkan kebutuhan administrasi lainnya yang dibutuhkan oleh tim growth.

**Kualifikasi**:
1. Pendidikan mínimal D3/S1 di bidang Administrasi, Marketing, Business Management, atau sejenisnya.

2. Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.

3. Terbiasa menggunakan tools seperti Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, dsb).

4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.

5. Detail, rapi, dan mampu mengatur prioritas pekerjaan dengan baik.

6. Cepat belajar dan adaptif terhadap dinamika tim growth dan marketing.
