Storizon is a DNVB model building the future of DTC eCommerce.

Storizon is looking for a Procurement Executive with procurement experience in Alibaba or working with China Suppliers.

Someone who wants to grow long-term and understands the importance of creating, providing, maintaining, streamlining, and improving the business operations infrastructure of an eCommerce business and driving repeated long-term customer engagement.
- Responsible for the Purchasing function
- Source for suppliers based on strict criteria given
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers on a timely basis
- Ensure that goods and services performed and delivered are in accordance with the issued POs
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors on order requirements and ensure that the order is met on time
- Work as a team with other departments to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Negotiate with suppliers/vendors to ensure the best cost-effectiveness on the usage of the budget allocated
- Other Adhoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Fluent in spoken and written English or/and Mandarin
- Preferrable at least 1 year of relevant hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Taobao & other eCommerce platforms)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven record of customer relationship management
- Flexible and focussed on solutions
- Organized and self-sufficient
- Strong Excel and/or computer savvy
