Junior Lab Indonesia is looking for a **Marketing Executive** who can suggest and execute strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on both online and offline strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth.

**Responsibility**:

- Suggest various strategies, compelling content that engages B2B and B2C audiences, and elevating brand awareness Junior Lab’s value.
- Work closely with other teams, as needed, to deliver project results.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, report and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Develop partnerships with external organizations, schools, or community groups for joint promotions or events.
- Organize and oversee events such as workshops, exhibitions, or roadshows to engage target audiences.

**Requierements**:

- Proficiency in English, with skills in writing and speaking relevant to a professional work environment.
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or similar role.**:

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in event planning and offline marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
