Manage a team of social media superstars, including content creators and analysts
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency across channels
Facilitate scaling The Body Shop awareness and consideration through various social media channels
Orchestrate competitor analysis and their social media usage, proactively work with the team to create a better experience for our customers vs our key competitors.
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and The Body Shop, and ensure a positive customer service experience working together with our customer service team
Work together with the PR, SEO, Brand & Communications, Ecommerce teams to ensure alignment across activities and objectives
Prioritize and deprioritize channels and content creation based on budget and marketing objectives.
Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly objectives and initiatives
The Body Shop Indonesia's Senior Social Media Manager is in charge of developing and implementing social media strategies that increase the company's visibility, reach, engagement, and effectiveness. In this course, you'll define clear goals, build an effective content strategy, and improve traffic and conversions by engaging your audience. The Senior Social Media Manager collaborates closely with the Brand & Communications and PR & Advocacy teams to create the ideal mix between content that lives and breathes our brand and content that satisfies the demands of our customers.
We're looking for someone who's driven by a passion for presenting our consumers with the most relevant items at the most appropriate times and who enjoys telling tales visually that resonate with our customers. They will also be passionate about testing in order to establish and expand a successful program - from working with our marketing team to design and create the campaign test to sharing the findings and using the data to guide future business choices. We're looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, can take initiatives, has a passion for learning about our customers' habits, and has the imagination to think outside the box.

**Job Requirements**:
A strong sense of shared values with The Body Shop Indonesia’s mission for change
5+ years of social media management experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
Proficient using multi-social posting programs Emplifi / Social Bakers
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of social media
Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
