**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Work together with other stakeholders to launch engaging social media campaigns.
- Handling/Managing all social media channels, including Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, and many more.
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote organization and brand
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- undertake audience research
- Create Social media calendar
- research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- analyze competitor activity
- recommend improvements to increase performance
- set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
- manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
- Work together with other team members to create better content for each region.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate in cryptocurrencies blockchain. (trading experience and understanding of crypto bots will be a plus)
- At least three years of relevant experience (social media content management).
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing), other major languages a plus.
- Strong sense of social media trends and community building.
- Self-motivated team player and work autonomously.
- Initiative Driven with can-do attitudes
- An understanding of the Paid Social Media landscape
- A creative thinker who can come up with original, highly shareable social ideas
- Can multi-task in a fast-changing environment with short deadlines.
