**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy**
- Strategize and effectively executes appropriate Digital Marketing priorities and tactics.
- Collaborates closely with Marketing and Communication teams to execute online Brand Marketing strategies and plans for the corporate and units.
- Reviews overall progress against established goals periodically, provides reporting, analysis.

**Digital Acquisition Marketing**
- Works with Search Advertising Manager to create brand awareness, visibility and incremental revenue through Paid Search Ads, Display Media or Video Ads.

**Data Analysis**
- Review and analyze regular monthly reports, identify market trends, analyze business performance, and develop appropriate action plans aligned with goals of the company.
- Measure conversion of campaigns and offers, analyze market reactions and re-strategize marketing efforts.
- Works with Digital Support and our third party (ROIBACK) to develop new Hotel Websites and Booking Engine.

**Other Project/Responsibilities**
- Identify online marketing opportunities to increase property visibility and awareness.
- Keeping abreast with online market trends and new developments.
- Support and give advice on any-related digital / online initiatives.
- Develop quarterly digital marketing strategy for the hotel.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years min. experience in Digital Marketing Communications.
- Goals driven executive with strategic out of the box thinking
- Ability to plan, strategize and execute marketing campaigns
- Excellent time management and priority setting skills
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work proactively.
- Familiar with CMS, CRM, and basic HTML is an added advantage.
