As a **Leasing Staff**, your primary responsibility will be to seek and secure tenants for our commercial spaces, ensuring maximum occupancy and building lasting partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in document handling, reporting, and using Microsoft Office or social media for promotions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and attract potential tenants for commercial spaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring alignment with company targets.
- Manage leasing documents and create detailed, accurate reports.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
