## Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head of Office of Culture in maintaining HR-regular tasks and activities.
- Conducted initial interviews and tests for open positions, processed background checks, and performed new hire orientations.
- Directed onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintained up-to-date employee information in HRIS system
- Assisted employees with benefit and payroll questions.
- Maintain HR confidential documentation and information.
## Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in related field required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, one of the foremost cultural centers of Indonesia.
