**Overview**

We are looking for an SEO Executive to assist in all search engine optimization and marketing activities.

As an SEO executive, you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as assisting in content creation and link-building campaigns, creating monthly performance reports, auditing websites to increase visitors, and obtaining high placements in search results, resulting in more growth and profit for our clients.

**Responsibilities**

As an SEO Executive, you'll need to:

- Perform ongoing content research including discovery and expansion of topic opportunities
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
- Create monthly performance reports of client websites
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Develop and integrate content and link-building strategies
- Work with the link-building team to execute link-building campaigns
- Work with the content team to execute content plans
- Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes and best practices

**Working hours**
- 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday
- Remote Work

**What to expect**
- SEO work requires you to constantly review your skills and keep up to date with ever-changing technological developments and trends. You can do this by reading SEO and internet marketing blogs and keeping abreast of changes in search engine algorithms - especially that of Google.
- You'll need to be flexible as it's likely your workload will be diverse, you could be handling a website platform one day and creating detailed SEO strategies another. However, you'll often have a lot of control over how you manage your workload.

**Skills**

You'll need to show:

- a genuine interest in SEO and/or digital marketing
- a commitment to keeping your technical skills and knowledge up to date
- an inquisitive mind which drives you to understand Google's algorithms and predict what changes might be coming
- an understanding of how customers search, where they search and why they purchase something online
- a good understanding of the wider marketing context
- strong analytical skills for understanding ranking algorithms

**A plus if you**
- Have any work experience in helping to improve an organization's website
- Are a BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, IT)
- Have experience with SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz)
- Have experience with website analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LocalViking)
- Have experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion

**Salary**: Rp8,500,000 - Rp11,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
