Act as a project manager and coordinate with internal and/or external teams (partners) in implementing projects related to business processes & operational policies;
- Design business process, operation procedure (SOP) and policy;
- Monitor and analyze business process;
- Building up and maintaining networking with relevant stakeholders related to organization’s operations;
- Prepare documentation related to business processes and operational policies: (i) matrix, (ii) tracker & timeline, (iii) flowcharts, (iv) SOP / technical instructions (v) other documentation;
- Produce presentations and/or reports and/or other written docs related to operation policy and/or business process.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in public policy, business, political science, communication, social science, or another relevant field from reputable university;
- Had minimum of 2 year of experience working in start-ups, tech companies, consultants, think tanks, digital technology associations;
- Had experience in designing business process, operational flow, and/or diagram;
- Great project management skills to be able to initiating, designing, planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects;
- Ability to translate policy into action item and own the implementation on the organization;
- Great interpersonal skills to be able to communicate well with various stakeholders from outside organization and internal teams;
- Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to establish priorities and solution oriented;
- Passionate about government programs related to social assistance and/or digitization of public services;
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Willing to work with fully WFO arrangement
- Good analytical thinking
