**Role Title: Social Media & Content Coordinator (Part-Time, In-Person - Bali)**

**Reports to**: Head of Marketing**Brands**: Wave House & Cinta Café**Location**: On-site (Canggu/Berawa area preferred)**Commitment**: Part-time (approx. 20-25 hours/week)**Start Date**: ASAP

**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a digitally-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Assistant to support the execution of our content strategy across Wave House and Cinta. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to co-create and manage content calendars, coordinate with freelance creatives, and handle the day-to-day running of our social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Calendar**

Help develop and manage a monthly content calendar, aligned with seasonal campaigns, brand goals, and local events.

**Creative Coordination**

Liaise with freelance photographers/videographers to support shoot planning, asset collection, and feedback loops.

**Publishing & Scheduling**

Prepare and post content across platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, ensuring consistency and timeliness.

**Copywriting**

Draft captions and story scripts that match each brand’s tone of voice and support campaign goals.

**Stories & Reels**

Assist with story capture, basic video editing, and behind-the-scenes moments — especially from onsite experiences.

**Community Management**

Monitor comments and DMs, respond to followers, and maintain positive engagement across both brands.

**Analytics & Reporting**

Enter and organize basic performance data weekly/monthly. Learn how to spot trends and improve content performance.

Must have:

- Strong english skills
- Have experience managing a personal or brand account
- Proactive & self-directed - Doesn’t wait to be told what to do; takes initiative on tasks like stories, captions, or organizing files.
- Fluent with Instagram & Facebook tools - Posting, stories, reels, hashtags, tagging, and highlights.
- Basic graphic design - Comfortable in Canva or similar tools for story templates, quick edits, etc.
- Knows what looks good on the feed - Strong aesthetic sense, understands brand alignment.

Nice to have:

- Experience with scheduling tools - E.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc.
- Have worked in F&B, wellness, surf, or hospitality
