Our client is a boho-style beach club nestled on the stunning shores of Nusa Penida, Indonesia. Offering a delightful fusion of Western and Asian cuisine, guests can unwind by the pool or relax in beachfront cabanas while savoring their meals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure consistently delivering high quality service, addressing customer inquiries/concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Participate in training programs for new and existing staff
- Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry
- Relevant bachelor’s degree highly advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Professional Proficient in English
