- Experience in executing a budget of at least 50 million won or more per month (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in app marketing and performance marketing.
- Ability to create and edit images and videos.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with performance marketing tools, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, is a must.
- Familiarity with MMPs is a must.
- Who enjoys analyzing and solving problems to the end.
- Willing to work Hybrid in Jakarta Office (3 days WFO, 2 Days Remotely).

**About work**仕事内容について**:
Manage and optimize performance advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
Develop and execute performance advertising plans that align with business goals.
Create high-performing creatives that are aligned with the brand and drive conversions.
Design and produce advertising videos using promotional key visual sources suitable for advertising channels.
Conduct A/B testing and creative variation to improve ad performance.
Analyze performance data using MMPs, such as AppsFlyer or Airbridge, to provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
Provide regular reporting on advertising performance to key stakeholders and management.
Discover new advertising channels and conduct ad tests.
